How do I return an item?


In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from Helava is or becomes faulty, we are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. To return an item email admin@helava.co.nz or call our customer service team on 027 3033910




Does it cost to return an item?


To organise the pick-up of an item please contact our Customer Service Team at admin@helava.co.nz




How long does it take to get my refund?


Once approved, depending on how you paid for your purchase your refund may be immediate, or if your payment was processed using your Credit Card, there can be a delay of up to 5 days for the bank processing to complete.




What if I changed my mind about a product or circumstances have changed?


Under the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 we are not obligated to refund simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

Helava will provide a NO QUESTIONS ASKED exchange policy for a 15 day from purchase period. This means that we will provide an exchange of equal or less value within 15 days. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost for the courier pick up
