We offer a 15 day no questions asked policy refund which means that if you aren't exactly happy with what you received we will  exchange the product for a product that you are happy with that is of equal or less value. 

We ensure that our communication is quick and reliable. We aim to provide you with as much information as possible in a timely and respectful manner.
